Layout Sketches for My Magazine (TOC)

Welcome back. As some of you might remember from my previous posts, I  had said that I  planned to divide my table of contents by departments,

HOWEVER,

that has changed. Now I don't want to do it by departments.

This is a preview of how I want my Table of Contents to look like:

I had also said that I  had switch my sketches to a digital format. Something I  edited with the app "PicsArt" but being completely honest, that was too time consuming. I realized it wasn't a great idea as I  got deeper into the sketches and there was more content include.

As you also might be able to tell, I'm obsessed with "Dogster" magazine. So once again, some TOC inspiration that I  got, was from this:

My decision to switch to departments came when I saw this TOC and realized I  don't have a lot of info in mind that would fall into specific categories, I  will have variety instead. Also, most pet magazines tend to do this.

In conclusion, we are back to square one. This whole process is trial and error so bare with me.

Things keep changing as I  discover new things and see more magazines, either way, I   can't wait to do mine and see how it looks. I     have high expectations and hopes.

:)
