Layout Sketches for My Magazine (Cover)

I am ready to experiment with my own magazine!!!

In this blog, I will show you some sketches of possible layouts for my cover.

I know what you're thinking, I did say to always build your layout on graph paper but this is an exception.

This is simply a sketch that I made while waiting for my nail appointment, I thought I could include it. Odd but true.

Its pretty self explanatory except for those little three icons on the left bottom which are supposed to be a twitter, Instagram and snapchat icon.

Also the "O" on the title is supposed to be a paw.

(I have very limited drawing skills as you can see)

Another possible layout, looks a little more put-together, I digitally developed this sketch:

My masthead will include my title in sans serif font and somewhere around it I will add my slogan.

My cover lines will include
-  Fast food restaurants where your dog can eat too (still looking to word it differently).
- Insight of a canine and feline relationship
- How to make your dog happy?
- Your dog participating in the holiday festivities

- Like I said in previous blogs, my magazine will have a wide audience online, include social media accounts.

Some of this info was mentioned in previous blogs, some things have changed. This is all brainstorming and as more research is made, my ideas change. Trust the process.
