Planning TOC Language

The language on my TOC is going to be a little like Dogster and Animal Tales combined. I will not add a description underneath it because I like the look of just the title and I will make it pretty self-explanatory.

My TOC Brainstorming

I will not divide it into departments but I will have 3 different sections.

1. On the Cover. This is where I will include all the cover lines and the page number they can be found at.

2. In this issue. This section will include the rest of the articles that are not on the cover.

3. Features. This is where the features will be included.

4 In each issue. This section will include ads, puppy of the month and horoscope.

Font

I will have a mixture of sans serif and serif font on my TOC. I will probably make the "contents" serif and the section titles and article titles Sans serif.

POV

My table of contents will have a second person point of view because that way it connects with the audience and is more engaging.

Goal

My goal is to have fresh and fun language in my magazine. I want the audience to feel relaxed and engaged. I will add puns and second point of view as if I was speaking to them. I just hope my magazine is enjoyable.
