Planning Cover Language

I intend to make the language for my cover fun and adorable hence my title "adogable" but at the same time interesting so that the reader will want to continue reading.

The majority of dog magazines tend to have plenty of cover lines on their cover page. This is why for mine I'm going to have at least 4.

It is also very common to include dog puns to which makes it fun and it grabs the audience's attention. However, magazines with more sophisticated audiences tend to detract from that. My magazine's audience is young and youngsters are all about puns so I think it would be a great idea.

Possible Cover Line Puns

"Bon A-pet-treat" where I  will talk about treats
"Pawsome" not sure yet what I  want to do with that one

Possible Cover Lines

10 Places We Love to Nap
Bon-A-pet-treat, Fast food places for dogs too
Pawsome things to do with your dog
Meet Mia, the strong pup
Purrtner fur-ever

Goal

My goal is to add cover lines that will catch the audience's attention. Like I've mentioned in previous blogs I  want my magazine to be seen as if it was big on social media so that is why I  wanted to include the Dog Network cover line too. Not only that but seeing that there is a network where your dog can meet new friends is exciting. The fast food places is one cover line that I think people would find interesting because it is going to show about fast food places that people usually eat at, that also have dog treat options. Yummy, both you and your doggy can enjoy.  My last cover line seems a bitch cheesy but its about a dog and a cat being best friends. So cute, still not sure if I will include it.

Overall, this is all for the purpose to tie to my slogan, "More than Just Dogs" it serves to show that our dogs can and do things that us humans do, sometimes even more. The main cover line of Mia is an empowering story of a puppy who went through surgery with only 5 months of age.

Dogs are pawsome and adogable!!!!!
